Cancellation Policy for Public Events
Due to preparation and cost of materials, and third party fees paid by Painted. LLC, all ticket sales are nonrefundable.
If painter(s) need to cancel their reservation, please cancel in advance to receive a voucher valid for 120 days.
There will be no vouchers issued for No-Call-No-Shows.
Alcohol Consumption and Policies
Our studio is a family establishment and abides by California Laws under our Liquor License. All 21+ attendees consuming alcoholic beverages must have valid photo ID. Expired IDs and photos of identification will not be accepted. Outside Liquor, beer and other alcohol is prohibited. A Corkage Fee Applies for wine brought in. Wine bottles must be sealed and presented at check-in.
We reserve the right to not serve and ask any painter to leave without a refund if disruptive during class or consuming alcohol on site not purchased from this business or corked by.
Photo Release
By signing up for any class and/or private party you are authorizing us to take and publish any pictures taken during class. If you do not authorize this, please let us know ahead of class.
Unauthorized Use
Works of art are developed by, and for, Painted. LLC. With the exception of the work of art you create at the event, you may not copy or reproduce works of art or any portion thereof, and you may not sell, lease or distribute any reproduction of any work of art, including the work of art that you create at your event. Any unauthorized uses of works of art or the website are strictly prohibited.
Painted. LLC is not responsible for finished paintings left by customer. The studio will hold paintings left for up to 72 hours before being discarded.
Privacy
Any information that you provide to the Site is subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of User information. User understands that use of the Site and its Services, User consents to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of the information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by the Site. The Site may make certain communications to some or all Users, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and a User’s account with the Site, and Users are not able to opt out of all of them.
